Type 1: 3D
3-D lobsters are created by filling a henna cone with slip (liquid clay) and piping each lobster on by hand. The raised texture provide an interesting feel on your hands and are sure to be a topic of conversation.
Type 2: Carved
Carved lobsters are created by carving the outline from a leather-hard piece of pottery. After carving the lobsters they are painted and the carving is filled in with black glaze.
